Starting as a part-time employee new to the financial industry, Dane quickly proved himself an indispensable team member. His adaptability, strong work ethic, and sense of humor have helped create a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere within the office.

Outside of work, Dane enjoys life in Barrington with his cat, Sprinkles. Whether he’s unwinding at home or exploring new hobbies, he brings the same upbeat energy that makes him a valued part of the Carter Financial Group team.
