At Carter Financial Group, she ensures the firm remains compliant with industry regulations, serves on the Investment Committee to develop portfolio models, and maintains the integrity of client data. She also works directly with clients, guiding everyone from young professionals just starting out to retirees navigating the next stage of life. Known for her practical mindset, Jennifer takes pride in finding solutions and believes every problem has an answer if you look for it.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys time in nature, experimenting in the kitchen, and keeping up with health and wellness. She’s also passionate about cars, from maintenance to detailing, and finds joy in a freshly polished finish. At home, she has a reputation for her love of organization and cleaning, which she considers both relaxing and rewarding. As a creative side project, Jennifer runs an online resale business—what started as listing her own clothes and accessories has grown into a fun and profitable hobby.
