Nina Skurkis

With nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Nina Skurkis plays a key role in keeping Carter Financial Group running smoothly. As Administrative Coordinator, she manages office operations, coordinates with vendors and technical support, and provides back-office client service, including maintaining accurate records and handling service requests. Nina takes pride in ensuring the office runs efficiently so that her colleagues can focus on serving clients. She also holds an Illinois Life Insurance License and was the very first employee of Carter Financial Group, making her a cornerstone of the firm’s history and growth.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys tending to both her indoor and outdoor plants, walking, reading, and spending time with friends. She also loves playing cards and games, exploring crafts, and experimenting in the kitchen - often skipping recipes in favor of her own creative creations!
