As Customer Service Coordinator, she assists with IRAs, processes transactions, and serves as a primary point of contact for client questions. Known for her approachable style and problem-solving skills, Penny takes pride in guiding clients through their financial needs with care and clarity.
Outside of work, Penny enjoys traveling and pursuing her passion for painting. A talented oil painter, she creates original works that reflect her artistic eye and creativity. She also has a fun personal quirk—she’s allergic to gold, something that her husband jokingly appreciates. Whether exploring a new destination or in front of a canvas, Penny finds joy in creativity, discovery, and meaningful connections.
